Jag älskar den sagan, och illustrationerna av Quentin Blake. Hans illustrationer är som en barnvänlig version av Ralph Steadmans verk.
Så bestämde mig för att någon gång tatuera in denna praktfulla kvinna på min kropp:

I just stumbled upon this amazing artist named Pat Perry,
I'm most fond of his traditional work. And his photos are pretty neat too.

Words can't describe how stunned I am, the details, his imagination...

And he seems to be living the life I'm dreaming of. Quote from his website

"Pat Perry is an artist and illustrator who calls Grand Rapids, Michigan home. The lands of the north, colorful people, music, and the ordinary streets of the Midwest have always moved him. In between showing his art from coast to coast or working with an assortment of clients, Pat travels as much as possible. Although he is happy to be able to speak and have an audience through his artwork, he does his best everyday to listen and learn from the world he lives in."
